Hi there, friends!
The past couple weeks of fulfillment have been awesome! It's nice to just pop on some tunes or reruns of The Office and animorph into a one-woman assembly line, haha!
There are a few stragglers still coming through the woodworks, but for the most part, everyone's package should either be delivered or still in transit! Thanks so much for your support, everyone! What a memorable first project for Wildcrown. We couldn't have done it without you!
One final note...
There are always a few folks who for any number of reasons missed their backer surveys and as a result, never provided their shipping information. If this might be you, please reach out to us here or via email at [email protected]. We will continue to support this campaign, and any missed surveys, for the next 6 months (until November 1st, 2024).

The BookTuber pins have finally arrived! They look so clean and official - we couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out!

We'll begin fulfillment as soon as possible! Here's what you can expect over the next couple of weeks:
Today via Backerkit, we'll be sending out an email giving you a 48-hour window to update your addresses, if needed.
Once that window has closed, addresses will be locked for shipping. If you miss this window and need to update your address, please send us a message here or send an email to our new customer support email, [email protected].
After addresses have been locked, we'll start the fulfillment process. This will obviously take some time to work through so we appreciate your patience. This campaign isn't slated to fulfill until the end of July, so we are still ahead of schedule!
Once the shipping label for your pledge is purchased, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please be aware that shipping days and times vary, and may be affected by weather, holidays, etc.
Here's what Non-US backers can expect:
Your orders will follow the same process as US backers, but will most likely take a little longer to fulfill. As above, we are still comfortably ahead of schedule, but if you require any assistance in the meantime, please contact us here or by using our new customer support email, [email protected].
As a quick reminder - just like when we sent surveys out, emails coming from Backerkit may not show up if you are using an Apple ID email address. They look something like this: "[email protected]". Many of you already fixed that, but in the interest of being thorough, we wanted to mention it again.

Status Report!

Hey there, everyone!
The past couple weeks have been filled with making sure our i's are dotted and our t's crossed! We've been hard at work making sure our manufacturing partners have what they need from us, and we're happy to be able to share that things are moving on schedule!
Pins
The pin designs had been finalized and approved before sending out surveys, and as of this week, they are currently in production! Given the size and complexity of the order though (backing cards, multiple pins, serialization, etc.), it will still be at least a few weeks before they get shipped out our way.

I, for one, am very excited to see the Pin Pack in person - the 2D mockups look super chic!
Sticker Sheets
The files for the BookTuber Sticker Sheet Add-On have been sent off to the printer to begin production hopefully by the beginning of next week! We're just finalizing the layout and making sure everything is set and we'll be good to go on those as well! We happen to have an early sample sticker sheet from the printer to share, featuring one of the smaller, furrier members of the Wildcrown Team!
Look at this good boy. He's so good at the cat tax. The stickers are cool, too.
Soren says to keep an eye out for future updates as the rest of the our goodies start coming in!
Remaining Surveys Going Out!

Good news, everyone!
The smoke test over the last few days was successful so we'll be sending the remaining surveys out this afternoon. It may take a little bit for Backerkit to process them, so we appreciate your patience!
Just to reiterate a couple of the tips from our last update, if you don't see your invite email show up by the end of the day today, please take a look at the following:
Spam Folder: Survey emails can occasionally find their way to your spam folder. If you don't see anything come through from Backerkit check your spam folder first.
Apple ID EmailAddresses: If the email address tied to your Kickstarter account is a secure Apple ID address, the survey email may be blocked entirely. The email addresses look something like this: "[email protected]". If you're not seeing the email from Backerkit, check to see if your email address looks like one of these. If it does, we recommend that you first change that email in Kickstarter so you avoid any future issues.
Once you've checked both of those things send us a message here or send an email to [email protected] to let us know what your updated email address is.
Going Forward
Here is what you can expect in the coming months as we work on fulfilling this project.
First, please remember that we operate on a 5-6 month production and fulfillment schedule.
As we get all of the products made, you can expect to see an update from us at least twice a month. So stay tuned here for all the latest!
Once we have the products and are ready to start fulfillment, we will post an update and send an email giving everyone 48 hours to update their addresses if needed. Once that window closes, you will not be able to update your address yourself and will need to contact us directly to make those changes.
With addresses locked, we will start packing and shipping. This final step will take some time. We appreciate your patience, and thank you again for the support! ❤️

So sorry to spam your inboxes folks, but it seems there was an issue sending out the Smoke Test on Friday last week, thus, the test surveys didn't go out before the weekend as planned..
We ( I ) have gone ahead this morning and made sure we ( I ) hit the button and confirmed that we ( shocker, I ) did my job effectively and properly, haha. We like full transparency here, and in that same vein, the rest of you beautiful backers will receive your surveys around the middle of this week! And don't worry, yet another update will grace your inbox. <3
